About Ed

Ed started his career in retail sales in 1982 and then became a full-time firefighter in 1993 where he worked for 27 years with the City of Ypsilanti Fire Department, retiring in March of 2020. Ed became licensed in Real Estate sales in 2001 and started working with his wife, Janis as the Montalvo Team. Ed and Janis worked for various independent brokers over the years, but decided to open our own office in March 2014, and Living in Lenawee Realty was born. I have since obtained my Broker's license and will continue to receive more education to become more knowledgable in assisting our clients with the sale or purchase of their new home.
